Leonard Moser claimed his girlfriend, who was a foot shorter and a hundred lbs lighter was abusing him, so he shot her with a shotgun. Apparently she wanted to throw him out of her house but he won't leave. He inflicted numerous bruises and breaks on her but always claimed she was the abuser.. When  caught by police he killed himself with the very shotgun that he killed his girlfriend. this happened in easton pa.

If the woman lived there for a certain period of time (often 2-3 years), and if she lists the property as HER mailing address, she can claim rights to his assets under the co-habitation laws of that state.  Make sure you know the laws of your state before you let a woman move in with you.
