I had a run in with a redneck at the gym today - kept telling his kid to 'look at my gut' - I'm visiting my parents at there new house at the beach so I couldn't be ok rowdy Spike , knockin sense into redemcks , Breakin my hand again

Granted I was a little pissy at first and threw a bench (sort of)

But everything a big man does is fckn 3xs more apparent so of course people complained , I opted to leave but halfway up road clen wasn't out the system had to overhead press 275 , so I went back

Dude stares me down , he with his kids so I don't want to be outright dick but ....anyway I called him a bitch and he went off,,to the front desk and complained , poor girl who owned gym got the brunt of his shit, she asked me if I was fine and I said yes , reminded her I was CSCS cert.

Eventually dude got on the gyms fb and complained , I heard the owner say to him -- I just left after that
