heard a pop and cant twist my wrist outwards anymore, anybody know what this might be? thanks ahead of time.
The way I did in case anybody is curious, well you know how on seated db shoulder press you hold the weights on your thighs and knee them up, well I kneed the right one up, went to knee the left one up and my wrist cracked and made a pop, it sucks so bad man. Ive been icing it and now have it wrapped.
