barbell curl: 2 wus 95x10 115x8 125x6
hammers: 30sx15 35sx12 40x12 50x10
preachers: 32.5sx12 40sx10x8x7 superset with one arm cable rope pressdowns: 60x10 x10 x8 x8 x8
incline curls: 40s x 10 x8 x8 x8
barbell wrist curls 35x40x30x25x20 going easy
