Im a natural bodybuilder, yep...a real natty...trying to get the best possible body I can without hormones...Im 38 and in my best condition ever...working out 2h 6x/week...yepp...thats what I do. No excuses. Haven't missed a sessions for several years by now...
Been training for 25 years straight! No pause! Im pretty much maxed out...I might get some more maturity within time...4-5pounds more muscle by the time I'm 50? I don't know...lets see what happen. I think my body look a lot more mature than the 25 year old kids in the gym anyway...arms and legs a solid hard and cardiovascular...not very big but quality. The kids got a little bit better abs...they are supertight around the waist...to compete with that I need to stay 100% clean food...
