Ron and I discussed something new an exciting for GetBig. We both agreed that this would get people moving in the right direction and get old posters back here feeling good again.

Ron and I present to you..........

"A DAY WITHOUT INSULTS"

Lets see how many of you can say something nice about one another and just be pleasant. If you do, you'll notice how good it makes you feel inside and out. Give it a go...LETS DO THIS!

it wont happen till mods start banning people who always have to post insults and fight etc. getbig would be great if they could just stop the childish behavier on here. there are a few who no matter what is posted they gotta turn it into a bashing post and insults etc . ban them and anyone else who does that and "lets make getbig great again"

I get a kick out of some squabbling and good-natured ribbing, but yeah ... things can go too far in a hurry, yet there never seem to be any real consequences. No racist talk? No personal attacks?! LOL!!!!!!!

That said, at least it's better than it was about ten years ago. Dave Mirza aka Sarcasm aka Quakeroats aka Squadfather posted so much churlish drivel that I got tired of the place -- and he never even came after me! (I was on the receiving end of maybe one peanut butter and dick sandwich jokes, but that was about it.)

Seriously, think about who follows this subculture of a sport. It's a sport of men wearing thongs getting oiled up posing to music for screaming men. A lot of insecure low life weirdos compose many of the fans.

Get big has made me laugh hard at times. Some funny bastards here whether it's intentional or not. There is some good training thoughts typed here from empirical knowledge. It's also good to hang with fellow gym rats. I belong to civil bodybuilding boards too for balance.

The real problem here is that 95% of this board can't do it because they are dysfunctional in some way. There is NO REASON...I REPEAT, NO REASON someone can't say something kind to someone on here bedsides giving props to a steroid infested physique because they are filled with man envy.

Its not funny anymore. Insults hurt people and as I always have told Ron, you're going to find yourself in a lawsuit when someone out there hurts themselves because some faceless punk on here went too far and thought they could feel better about themselves by beating up someone with a keyboard and words.
