Health Care Legislation Stalls in the Senate
« on: July 17, 2017, 08:08:49 PM »
No need to worry though

Trump is the self proclaimed worlds greatest negotiator and all he has to negotiate with his own party so that should be pretty easy

On the campaign trail he told Trumptards that government is broken and that he alone could fix it

He also said that there will be insurance for everybody and healthcare will be a “lot less expensive” for everyone so he just needs to get his own party to do that.  Not sure why that is so difficult for Republicans to understand.  Just write that up and Trump is ready to sign it.

Seems like it's time for Trump to get off his fat ass and start his negotiating magic so that everyone can finally get the less expensive and very excellent health care that he promised

and?

that's the only thing thought that bubbles up in your pumpkin sized noggin?

that's cool

I guess that means Trump will start his negotiating magic and very soon EVERYONE will have cheaper and better insurance just like he promised (of course that was before he said "no one knew how complicated this was" but don't worry about that)

You mean unlike Obamacare where there was no negotiation and just rammed down our throats despite overwhelming rejection of it? "You can read after it passes" face it, it was purposely set up to fail as an attempt to create a single payer

His party are minions and would say yes to anything which is why his administration was a disaster not to mention the coercion to Roberts to pass it

well now that "repealing and replacing the disaster known as Obamacare ... it's going to be so easy" ain't happening, at least Trump's delivering on his other major campaign promise of building a wall with Mexico paying for it.

don't worry

Trump is a master at striking deals and all Repubs have to do is write legislation that gives everyone cheaper and better insurance

that should be a pretty easy sell for Trump

The Repubs can just write that up and Trumptard will sign it

they should do that tomorrow

This is an example of the demise of our political parties.

Instead of getting together and fixing the ACA, Trump and many Republicans want to pass a bill that would make healthcare worse.

I would be more than happy to give Trump/Republicans credit for making the ACA better but a good healthcare plan doesn't seem to be their priority.

How can it be worse than Obamacare?

The ACA has around a 50% approval rating
The AHCA is under 20%
CBO says it's a disaster
Have you seen any townhalls packed with people (dems/repubs) for AHCA?

You don't want national healthcare and that's fine but the Republicans have been running on it for about 8 years now.

By the way, the knock on the ACA is that it's too expensive not "free shit".

Hey Trumptards, try to remember what Retard in Chief promised on health care

1.  INSURANCE FOR EVERYBODY
2.  NO CUTS … TO MEDICAID
3.  NO ONE WILL LOSE COVERAGE
4.  NOBODY WILL BE WORSE OFF FINANCIALLY
5.  GET RID OF ARTIFICIAL LINES
6.  EVERYBODY’S GOING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF

Repubs just need to write a bill that does all of that and Trump will sign it

I don't see why this is taking so long.  Trump just needs to go to Congress and explain this to them using some of his negotiating magic and then Congress can write it up and Trump will sign it

No, no national health care. The only way to get health care as close to perfect as possible it has to be in a  free market. Government should have little involvement.

You're right, the Republicans have had eight years and they're not getting it done, it's on them.

Just another reminder to all you Trumptards

Tard in Chief said that no one knows the system better than he does and that HE ALONE can fix it

Unless that was simply the most arrogant and ignorant statement ever uttered by a political candidate on the face of the earth then what is taking so long?

The problem with this Trumptard thing is that you're going to have to find a new one when Trump is no longer president. We can keep calling you Libtards forever.

Anyone who was dumb enough to vote for Trump is a Trumptard for life

They were actually Trumptards from birth

Being a Trumptard is a pre-existing condition

This is great that it didn't pass! At least there are a few moral individuals in the Republican Party left, unlike the Democratic Party.
