i was watching UFC last night and they had some old clips of some of Baroni's fights, i'd never seen that guy fight before but that guy would have absolutely killed Titus no question.

Titus was a wrestler in college and he would have had a huge strength advantage. Baroni lost to Minowa because he doesn't have great takedown defense. I think Titus could have pulled out a lay-and-pray victory.

Baroni is a very fast and hard hitter, but as anyone who watches UFC knows ground fighting is a lot different then stand up striking, and if Titus did wrestle in college then...who knows.

and whoever says that titus actually has a chance for a second has never seen baroni fight, doesnt know who baroni is, or is an earl1972 type who's blinded for his love for bodybuilders and equates them with gods.

I agree baroni would have punched the shit out of craig's dome faster than a jaguar can hit 800 degrees...

But a high school wrestling STATE champ is DAMN good. The skills you have to possess to reach that level would probably ensure you never lost a fight to an average joe the rest of your life, no matter how much you let yourself go.

As they were both trained athletes, my $ would have been on baroni. But titus would have been a good fight.

I agree with 240 on this one...I understand that wrestling isn't fighting exactly,but like he said good grappling skills will save your ass every time against anyone other than a trained fighter...the average person has absolutely no clue how to handle themselves on the ground....and unless someone is lucky enough to knock you out with one punch/kick....most street fights will end up on the ground.
