Lucious probably knows what his drug cycle is as he talks to many professional bodybuilders. I think that Lucious would tell you straight up that Dennis James takes no drugs. Because Tom says so

Dennis takes almost nothing. One 100mg shot of test every two weeks would be my guess, along with 1 i.u. of gh every two weeks. Just kidding. I'm sure he takes a little more than that

That's actually not a gym.. And those machines were fake.. Just for bodybuilders to show off their "monster" strength
