Why would anyone want to fuck up their life to an extent that they are carrying Tupperware around with them when they leave the house.
Pre-contest yes, off season eat what you like.

Actually looks like a damn good diet, meal 3 I would use macnut oil instead of coconut oil just can't see the two tasting good together. Obviously he's focusing on keeping his fat intake up. Which pro's diet is this??

Far too clean, lacking calories, lacking carbs.

Eating like this on high dose gh and slin you would look like a mens bikini competitor in no time.

He's actually an Arnold classic champion and has won many pro shows, and definitely not a men's physique competitor, that's all I can say.

Many pros eat in excess of 500 grams of protein, steroids increase protein synthesis. Milos stated he ate 500 protein and 700-1000 carbs his entire career.

Roll your eyes all you like a PT would do because simple doesnt sell, I understand that.

Keep people eating chicken and rice as opposed to them having a life.

Try and find me a picture of 70s bodybuilders carrying around multiple plastic tubs of food.

My current diet today
Bowl coco pops
Tin rice pudding
tin of tuna and Ramen noodles
Steak and chips and mushrooms with gravy
two chocolate bars
crackers and cheese

The lunatic diets of todays "champions" are the result of their extremely excessive drug use.

In the seventies the best builders ate normal and looked a lot better (and were healthier)

I think most of the current pros diets are a lot higher in carbs compared to the 80's-70's guys obviously due to the addition of insulin, so they need the carbs to cover the insulin.

Honestly I haven't seen a pro listed a diet protocol looking like this ever. It's either full keto or carb cycle. Normal pro's it's the same shit 1) egg white/ oats 2) chicken/rice/green 3)tilapia/rice green 4)bison/sweet potato 5) pwo shake whey isolate/vitargo 6)salmon or lean beef/greens
^this is the normal stuff you usually see. I'd actually like to try this out, tweak it a bit but something very similar.

Diet looks fine depending on what phase he’s in. Obviously his energy source is from mostly fats. Probably not a 212 guy, protein is pretty high for a smaller guy. Probably has a cheat day somewhere during the week or weekends. This could also be part of a carb cycle and you’re just seeing one part of it.

But for Gods sake don’t follow what Be There is doing. It’s like 10 year old diet.

In reference your 70’s bodybuilding. It’s not like it is now. There was no money in it. If that’s all they did for a living they’d be doing the same thing. I also knew plenty of body that brought their food with them to the gym to get their meals in.

Coach if you don't mind answering how did you eat in the off season when you were competing and would you do anything different today if you could do it all over again?

thanks

Lots of people getting shredded eating a regular diet.

The days of eating like a monk and making yourself ill are disappearing.

People think (I was one of them) that you have to eat bland tasteless foods to get ripped.

And why would having a burger instead of the chicken or fish make a scrap of difference if the calorific intake was the same..?

I still haven't managed to find the thread where TA did a diet of macros and asked people if it was fine precontest, everyone agreed then he revealed they were eating pizza on a precontest prep.

I plan to diet and prep in the new year by cutting out chocolate.
I have always overdieted in the past and made myself ill,

Fuck that.
