pleased with this mornings look, low back tightening up nicely, side of quads separating, I'm further forward at this point than I was last year.
quite tired today with lack of carbs, just get through tomorrow then will add a few back in, last weeks carb load did me a world of good.

Food today
2 eggs 1 toast beefburger
50gms oats
steak rice an broccoli
chicken rice with garlic mayo
bowl oats, (feeling low blood sugar)
beefburger rice and burger sauce

struggled training to=day, felt depeted and lacklustre.

Ading some carbs in tomorrow, I think three days low carbs is enough, I dont want to get too flat at this stage.
will take pics first thing tomorrow morning and then again Friday morning after the extra carbs...

Wow...incredible! I can really see the added size all over in these new photos...as well as a lot leaner...more detail and fullness. Everything you are doing is working very very well.  Very impressive. Thanks for these new update pics.

2 eggs toast and a burger ..bowl of granola
bowl oats with honey
chicken and rice
large bowl granola
meatballs with rice and salad
a few chocolate biscuits
rich chocolate dessert (small)

Cant stress this enough....you look incredible. I am beyond impressed with the improvements ALL OVER since last year. And last year...you looked awesome. Incredible balance of size and symmetry.

thats very much appreciated mate, I think Im having a year out after this year, Im going to let my body have a rest and try and get some additional size without having to diet for 4 months of every year...

I want to get on the Universe stage this year, I will be happy with that...

Looking great, Jeffly! And at a smidge over 200lbs you look dense. On a side note, an observation if I may...in the side chest pose have you tried to push your chest up more by arching the lower back? You appear to be standing very straight and it makes you look thin. How far out are you?

Two weeks yesterday mate, first show 28th April, second one 6th May and then the main show 19th May hoping to qualify for the NABBA Britain on the 26th May .  thanks for the tip, will give a try mate, I have to be careful first thing in the morning with my back, two bulging discs are very sensitive first thing
