Tried it yesterday. Put 1cc in each bicep and tricep. Results were what had been told in this thread, massive pump during training.
Can't say it was painfull, more like a slight disconfort in the biceps, tri's were ok. Did not feel any performance enhancement, just the feeling that the arms were going to explode. Noticeable size gain after the workout, not so much the next day when cold, but some..
