Conor's mistake was throwing a dolly into the window and actually hurting innocent fighters on that bus. Pretty sure this is a stunt in which the dolly was supposed to hit the window but not completely destroy it, and smash glass all inside other fighters like that. It is those fighters that can sue and garners quite a lot of money on this.
Ron, if one has a serious dispute with someone, and then that person then throws a 40-50 pound hand dolly into a window of a vehicle with the people said person had a dispute with inside of it, a person must think that the intent was to break the window and possibly hit the person(s) inside of said vehicle. Otherwise, why would one throw an hand dolly into a window of vehicle with people inside of it?
Think about this, if you get into a dispute with someone at the grocery store, and you get into your vehicle with your family, and said person picks up a brick and throws it at your window. Your window breaks, and the brick almost misses hitting you or your family, but the shards of safety glass do hit your family. What do you think that person's intent was? To completely destroy your window and also possibly hit you or your family? Or to just "hit the window, but not completely destroy it"?
