 I realize that once the police are involved it's out of the UFC's hands.

Dana is being a little dramatic with the whole it'll cost him a lot of money line though. Unless the UFC sues him for lost revenue from the event, at which point they have to open up their books and make the revenue public.  

Maybe that's Connors goal? By doing this he gets the fighters more money. He may be a genius.

Actually seems real. I've got one of those hand trucks, and they're pretty substantial (40-50lbs), I doubt they'd allow it to be thrown at a bus full of fighters as a goof. And then you've got the flying glass :(.

He's a dummy that wants to seem harder than he really is. I hope this is the start to the end of his career.
