Done properly, they are boobs. I honestly have never felt as though I have an implant in me. It’s under my muscle so I feel my own tissue and glands. Now the only time it’s suspect is when I get very very lean and I can feel the silicon gel on the inside. But that’s when I competed and it’s unnaturally lean.

Less is more!!! Also  what looks good on someone else might not look good on another. It’s very individual. Another important factor is not to alter your features. If you do then stop, it’s reversible. I am referring to preserving... trying to slow the clock down. Some women are going for the fake look.

I think most women would end up better off if they just exercised, lifted a some weights, stayed out of the sun, and stopped going to cosmetic surgeons altogether.

This is just my opinion and I'm sure every woman's situation is different.  Some women might be able to show restraint but it appears that most do not.  The evidence is all around.

not really especially for a lot of these girls that have been told since middle school how pretty they are

it sucks to go from the hot girl every guy wants to just another old lady, i understand why they try to turn back the clocks but they lose whether they try or not, 45 ain't 25 no matter how well you age naturally or with surgery

there's a price to pay for everything including the advantages in life, average women don't worry about aging anywhere near as much because their life hasn't revolved around being desirable

This is one of those things that is rather disappointing that sun can have such an effect as my wife and I are outdoorsy people and seems kind of restricting to avoid the sun. We are not beach people, though. Find it incredibly boring/uncomfortable lying out in the direct sun like that.
