Jeff Horn Vs Terence Crawford
« on: June 03, 2018, 09:57:29 PM »
GB boxing experts , your predicitons for the fight?

TC is rated one of the best P4P for the last 5 years , coming up to Welterweight from Jnr Welter to fight Horn

Can Horn do a "Rocky"? he is the rank underdog

does TC's power come with him up to Welterweight?

honest

Horn will be lucky to land anything. Mercy stoppage by rounds 4-6 to Crawford

Terence Crawford is the real deal.  He does everything very well.  I haven't seen a fighter switch from lefty to righty at such a high level since Marvin Hagler.  He is mean.  He will finish you if he hurts you unless you've pissed him off.  In that case, he'll carry you just to punish you.  He also seems to be punching better with each rise in weight class.  He is the ultimate 5 tool fighter.  The only challenge for him at 147 is Errol Spence Jr.  If Spence isn't able to derail him, it's going to take a really big/good 154 fighter to do it.  At least while he is in or near his prime.  I believe he is right now, the best fighter in the game.  Better than GGG and better than Loma.

To answer the question, Jeff Horn is going to be a bloody pulp if he can last long enough and sustain the amount of punishment Bud is going to deliver.

I watched a few of TC"s fights

he reminds be a bit of Ray Robinson

very quick+ fluent

, powerful ,accurate and fast counterpuncher and very adept in both stances as you said

very well said.

TC is great and better than GGG. Hard to say how good Loma is. But I've had TC as the #1 lb4lb fighter for awhile now. TC has a mean streak and does not like Horn. it's going to be a very rough night for Horn.

how so? he's fought very well. for having only 23 fights he's fought some decent opposition. What have you seen that you think he's a hype job?

Exactly.  To my eyes, Kell Brook was the best welterweight until Spence beat him.  Spence has fought some not so great fighters but it really isn't his fault that Thurman and every other 147 pound title holder/contender want nothing to do with him except for Kell Brook.  Spence went across the pond and stopped Brook in a very good welterweight title fight.  Right now, to my eyes, Spence is the man at 147.  I think Bud will beat him, but I predict it will be the best welterweight fight since Oscar vs Mosley 1.  Until Bud beats him, Spence is the man welterweight.

For a while there was talk of Bud and Loma mixing it up at 135 or 140.  Good thing for Loma that Bud moved up.

Who cares who the "best" welterweight is in the world?  If Jeff Horn or Terrance Crawford took on a heavyweight like Anthony Joshua or Daniel Dubois, they would get slaughtered.  If fact that would actually probably be more entertaining.  I expect better than this out of getbig.  Bunch of bodybuilding enthusiasts slobbering all over 147 pound men.  ::) ::)

Did this actually happen?  I heard most boxers are afraid to spar with Stabler.  You think Stabler will ever fight professionally?

I read on a boxing message board that linked when I did a search on him.  They said he has a reputation.  It also said he was in prison so he may not fight professionally.  I don't know anything about him so it may not be true.
