She was honest and told you before sex. You could meet a girl and she not tell you and possibly give it to you. I have never had an std so I can only imagine how hard it would have been for this woman to tell you this. My advice is to get all the facts before you decide what to do. It comes down to trust on both sides. You would have to trust that she listens to her body and abstains from sexual contact if she thinks she might be getting an outbreak.
