That's actually part of my supplement regimen, so I'm not sure how I feel about this.  lol

Apple cider vinegar has long been a part of my supplement regimen too. Actually, since I was a teenager.

Only the past several years for me.  But I am a biohacker.  Always adding and trying things to improve my strength, recovery, fitness, and overall health.
