Enough with this hate label. Crime is crime. There is no difference. When someone is murdered whether it was racially motivated or not makes no difference. The end result is someone is dead and hate played a factor no matter what. Anybody that uses the word hate crime deserves to be beaten to a pulp for being so annoying.

When a person lies about a crime - they should face the EXACT same punishment as if the crime was actually committed. Cause someone of rape and be found to lie - you should be sentenced to the same number of years in prison that a rapist would get.
