I just spoke with Chad (Nichols) and he said both Ramy and Rolley are on a weight gain protocol that allows them to pack on pounds of lean muscle while posing!

Expect these weights to push past the 450s before the show is over.

Phil is in the same scale-busting regimen but for some reason unlike the other two men his last minute muscle won’t budge from his head to the rest of his body for some mysterious reason.

Thanks for posting these shots.

Roelly looks awesome. Shame about his wide waist structure - he's the freakiest one in that lineup. Roden has the lines but his back isn't that great.

Pretty surprising that the guy with the worst back in the top 4 won.

Not necessarily a bad thing

I only saw that one pose though - maybe rhoden wasn't fully posed?

Roelly has the body ideal that Cutler never attained. Could have easily been the winner. As huge, conditioned and under control as he could possibly be.

its improved over the last 3 years but still his weak point

its a middleweight to light heavy- weight's back on a heavyweights body
