He's still got the best arms in the world and a great package overall. He just got too comfortable after winning last year with an admittedly bad hernia and thought his competition would slack off as a result. He was half right. Ramy looked like a pile of muscular dog shit and the other guys like Dexter are way past their expiry date. Roelly will never win. It was Phil's to lose, and he lost. If he loses again, then his bodybuilding journey's done. We're not there yet.

Bodybuilding taking a step forward. As surprised as I am I couldn't b happier and yes ! it was well deserved.

That abs and thighs shot of Phil has been the ugliest by any MrO in history. Phil is crying while Haney and Ronnie are having a toast....... well at least Haney can afford to do so.
