Every pro that overdid it with insulin and growth hormones eventually stops growing lean tissue and instead sees their non-muscular appendages expand endlessly. Ronnie's nose and Jay's endless jaw were examples of this.

It's crazy. Phil Heath is narrow as fuck yet, somehow, his gut is as wide as an obese sperm whale (no homo). The only body parts he's been training are his stomach and his tearducts. He should have moved on to competitive cryin' years ago.
