This wasnt an interview - this was a few of us talking Sunday before the Seminar, including myself, about his loss the night before, how he is dealing with it, and quite a few other topics.   This is the Phil I know, always cool to talk to, and not the arrogant type and trying to understand what a loss is, since he has not had one in 7 years.  Remember, we knew Phil when he just started, long before he won the Olympia, and for those of you that did not know, it was because of the comments and pics here on Getbig that Phil got a call from Peter McGough, the editor of Flex Magazine at the time, and got a contract.

I hope Phil thinks it over, and decides to come back, because I and many of us know, that he can win back the Sandow against Rhoden, and that is has happened before with Jay Cutler being in this situation.

Phil seems to have blocked me on Instagram. I’ve never followed him or commented on his posts or anything. Baffling. Only thing I can think of is I probably liked some comments from Big Ramy or Shawn Rhoden at some point in the past, and he went through blocking hundreds of strangers who like what his competitors are saying.

You failed at basketball. He didn't want to play in the NBA or college but he still received a scholarship
You failed at your 1st marriage He married her so she could have health insurance and fell in love. He has a good heart.

You failed at owning a supp company Gifted nutrition was bought out but kept Phil on the company payroll and then failed to meet the financial promises leaving Phil holding the proverbial bag

Many of the school employees (teachers, administrators, lunch crew and janitors) were only in this for a paycheck and not the students. They bleed Phil dry while the students received BASIC education.

i was saying philbert failed at bodybuilding -he created no legacy-he is the most forgettable Olympian in history
He did nothing for the sport except try to make himself money, which apparently he also failed at because he’s apparently in debt-so financial planning is another thing he failed at
And philbert was sobbing on stage dedicating his win to his ex wife-then eventually divorced-you would think after hearing his tear jerker speech they were soul mates destined to be together for eternity!!

When I used to have FB, he blocked me because I asked him two questions:

1) what his steroid stack was?

2) how do you balance you're so called integrity with the purchase of illegal substances?

I was blocked in about three minutes.
