I sincerely believe Vullioud has a mild case of dwarfism.  The normal-sized head and torso, the short stubby arms and legs...Shawn Ray kept saying that something seemed a little "off" about Vullioud's proportions during his posing routine.

But gotta give the guy props for making the most of what he's got to work with.
