Try doing pulldowns with a MAG lat pulldown bar. I thought it was a gimmick but hearing one of the guys talk about it on the main board peaked my interest. In my humble opinion it's the best pulldown bar I have ever used. They cost about $65 bucks and well worth the money. They are well built.
