Jon Jones?  For fuck sakes is he good.  He is the Sugar Ray Robinson of MMA.  Watching the fight, my 1st observation was that he looked much better in round 1 of the rematch.  Halfway through round 2, I thought Gus may have been getting into it a little but then Jon flipped the switch and dominated him the last 90 seconds.  I said to a co worker before the 3rd that he's going to punish him in the 3rd and stop him in the 4th.  Guess I was wrong.  LOL.  Gus is going to end up being the best UFC light heavyweight to never win the belt.  Too bad for him he came around in the Jones/DC era.

Back to Jones. He is so talented.  So genetically blessed.  So athletic.  So damn smart.  DC doesn't need any more of Jon Jones.  It will only get worse.  I am convinced that Jon Jones could have been an NBA point guard or an NFL tight end or safety.  He is truly special. 

I've been a boxing fan my whole life and only started with the UFC in about 2011.  It was actually Jon Jones fight that drew me to the sport.  I think it was when he choked out Machida whilst standing up.  Boxing has a richer history and all that but in 2019, it takes a backseat to MMA and unfortunately probably for the foreseeable future.



Great post and yes, JON JONES = THE BEST MMA FIGHTER OF ALL TIME. He can adjust to anything midfight. He adaptability is insane. Not to sure what's worth it in heavyweight outside of DC. Lesnar is a joke.

she got destroyed . when she realized nunes hit harder than her it was over, cyborg got beat at her own game, she couldnt bully amanda  and paid the price. nunes is a terminator, that whore ronda found out just like cyborg , if you go toe to toe with amanda you lose.

How's that his fault? It's weight limit, not height limit. Mike Tyson at 5'11.5 had no problems routinely beating peoplease several inches taller than him.

I’ve heard that Tyson was listed at 5’11.5”, but his true height may have been closer to 5’9”. I’m sure that Darren Avery can confirm his accurate height
