Calum has stopped posting on Youtube since he came off 100 % of steroids (over a month ago ?) ....

Would have shown a lot of confidence posting videos while being clean ....

The body transformation would've been more dramatic also.

I guess he's only charismatic when huge and showing off his bikes and lizard .

Go read his ig post from the other day. You can either take it that he doesn't want to be a walking lab for dubious rewards anymore or he is working an angle for 2019. Given that Calum seems to be more of a tic tac toe player than a chess player probably the former.

If I was stuck on the 80's I'd be talking about Lee Haney, Paris or Tom Platz..... Calum is as current Bodybuilding as it gets ....

Nobody is talking about FB, His youtube channel is what makes the $$$$$ and his clips are well produced edited .

I found it funny he said he was drinking and smoking during this depression. Never clarified what he was smoking. Weed, hash oil dabs, cigars, meth, Newports, crack cocaine, hollowed out swisher sweets, etc... Leaves you to use your imagination.

It's in that last ig post of his. "I got to a point where I was distracting myself from my problems for a while with drinking & smoking most every day." He followed up by saying it was an unhealthy way to spend his time and he was feeling self-hatred. Wish I could just ul screen caps on here easily...

I don’t read self help books because i don’t believe in using someone else’s experience to solve my problems. I prefer figuring out life and solving life’s challenges my own way. That’s how I like to grow and learn. I tried listening to audio books but I don’t have the attention span there either. I got to a point where I was distracting myself from my problems for a while with drinking & smoking most every day.. but that wasn’t a solution it was just helping the time pass in a unhealthy way. I started hating the person that I was becoming. I saw the bridge between health & fitness and myself becoming further apart and that put me in a worse headspace. I started wondering if I would ever be able to run or home or swim or bodybuilding
like I used too, my situation was looking grim. everyday I was losing muscle mass that I had worked so hard for years to gain. I stop talking to a lot of people. I lost interest in social media. I found out which friends really actually cared from the bottom of their hearts; The ones who were stubborn enough to keep checking in on me when I ignored them because of this depressing state of mind I was in. I had to cut out some shitty toxic friends too.
However having all this happen to me it did something for me I never expected. It gave me an awakening—Thanks to the Downtime and reflecting, I came to realize there’s more important things in life then trying to win a bodybuilding trophy or having a massive set of biceps and some juicy pecs..

Did his 12 y/o help him with this?

Yes, lots of training, dedication and good genes, but without chemical help, they would be unknowns

The "warrior-balls to the wall battles at the Gym" documented on social media are way more important than a plastic sword or a crystal bowl .
