Coach, as someone who lives in Canada, this third world thing is a myth, also, what's wrong with legal high skilled immigration? Trump himself has often stated that the Canadian model works because it is merrit based.  Also, why are white people not reproducing if they are so worried about being overrun by the darkies?

From my perspective and business, yes. We move people from Turkey, Pakistan, Columbia, etc.. to work for my company. To get good developers that will stay long enough to get an ROI from training them is a challenge. My best employees are all those from other countries.

No foreign worker of any "developing nation"(whatever that means) should have the right to stay in the country for more than 5 years.
After you got your training and education, you're free to help your people back home. This is of course against "business interests" and dogmatic saboteurs running the "societal show".

This was the initial premise for so called "guest workers" in Gemany who were coming from Turkey and later a few other countries among them for example Greece and Italy.
Germany was made to agree on the treaty as per political pressure from the victors.

First it was 2 years, then they changed it to 5, then their family could move in and, lo and behold, they could stay. What a surprise. 
Fast forward to our times and Turkey has active colonies(media and special interest support included) in Germany, Austria and other countries unfortunate having to endure them. With these people comes political power which Turkey is of course willing to use - and it's nationwide.

And these are not the only demanding 3rd world settlers.

As of 2015 whole families seem to dribble in from around the globe and they all get social support which incorporates benefits for housing and rent... we're talking 5 people+.
 
If one does not believe this then visit any bigger European city and take a walk in selected districts(translation: for people with a commoner's salary) - it's like an middle Eastern country - small shops exclusively selling kebabs, handy repairs, phone service, etc. If you feel bored just visit one of the many labor service offices - you'll may meet on average 10 foreigners for 1 European.

Of course the pricey districts are still mostly European but very expensive - no skilled job can provide you with the money required unless you're scaling back and renting.

Vienna's 1st district(1010), for example,  has prices ranging from 40,000,000 Euros for a King's appartment down to 219,000 Euros for a meager 44m^2 one.

 I’d be interested to see the numbers on whether or not all these immigrants actually pay more in taxes then they take it out of the system. The point has been made that in wealthy countries there tends to be a declining birthrate and with a generous social safety net, someone’s got to pay for it.

You can solve the problem two ways, raise taxes, or bring in more bodies. That was the real issue in France with the riots. People want Bennys but don’t want to pay.

Of course, the third option, limiting the welfare state, is rarely  on the table.

If I could hire good dev people for $90-$120k I have 5 spots to fill right now.  There aren't any.  I pay people I move here the same as I would a Canadian.  You apparently don't understand culture of a business and maintaining  a good positive one. Wage discrepancy is a good way to disturb that.  My ROI on a good dev person making $100k is 3 times that.

You're ommitting the genetic effect known as "regression to the mean".  Two Black super-geniuses who are horrible at running will still produce a child whose average IQ [while still above average for the Black population] will regress closer to the overall IQ average of the race.  Ditto for running skills, so their child would still experience upward genetic mobility in the areas where Blacks are genetically superior to all other races [sprinting, football {not QB - which requires higher IQ}, basketball, and some other summer sports].

Picture it as you would if a 6'9 father and a 6'3 mother have a baby.  Their children, while being above average in height, will not be as tall as their parents.  Manute Bol had 10 children, but only his son Bol Bol was nearly as tall as he was [currently, Bol Bol is 7'3].
