I have trained with Jay, here in Vegas.   Believe me he doesnt need synthol.  Hes a methodical person with everyday laid out.   Nothing is to chance.   I know alot of haters wont believe it but, he also takes most of the year off anabolics and uses for the olympia.

He has built a base of muscle that does not have to be Yo-Yo'ed up and down like Ronnie and others.

  Yeah, I know, there would be no reason to put it in his calves anyway ;D How much of the year does he take off? I know Ronnie has built a solid base, he has been a pro for quite awhile.

Jay was easily the best conditioned but he was the flattest ive ever seen him. His back was still a load of shit though, if he could get that tight and defined and come in around 265 he'll be very very hard to beat even by Ronnie

when he lived back east in mass, he used plenty of it...some in his circle say he used more then Flex...He he was on record to saying that he used over 100 shots per week or some shiat like that...

To look at cutlers arms and shoulders and to say he isn't using oil is to say you have no idea what this "sport" is about...

Well.....I aint no lightweight, Bat.    Ive been competing since 1983 as a teen.   Ill ask him bout your statements, but im not judge and jury, so i dont care what the answer is. 8)

ask him how he didn't work a day in his life and used the hell out of a husband and wife who funded everything for him down to all his "supplements" only to ignore them later in life...Or so im told :-\

BTW,  I was 10 rows back at the Olympia last October, and Jay killed ronnie in the back shots...it was a sight to see.   Jays rhomboids were as round as 25lb plates...and ronnie had none.

Jay brought it last year and Ronnie is starting to look like a train wreck with droopy pecs, no left tricep and huge bone growths on same elbow.
Sad to see cuz i like him.   I wish he could go back to the 98 olympia and keep it, but i know the subculture demands more.

don't you mean Levrone? i remember in M3 he had a couple cook all of his meals for him every day - they said it took them 3 hours every evening leading up to a contest

  Ronnie's got a torn left lat and his lat spread is no where near its prime. His rear double biceps also looks worse. :-\

Yeah for Jay it was flat, but then again when he comes in flat, he comes in crisp, I think were starting to see Jay rasing the bar, and it's going to be a show come this year
