This movie had the opposite effect of Pumping Iron. It made lose desire to be involved in modern gym culture

I watched this disgusting freakshow. There was not one person in the movie that I wanted to look like or emulate. There was a scene of, i think Bostin lloyd, just pinning himself in every conceivable part of his body throughout the day. To look like a glorified gym bro.

Man, Im beginning to think SARMS are just another garbage gimmick. I get they were developed to target muscle so their anabolic/androgenic ratio is pretty good. But Ive tried a few different ones and ive never gained much of anything. In fact I usually LOST my appetite completely. I guess you can get leaner and harder but not much bigger and they will most definitely suppress/shut you down. At the end of your SARMS cycle, you'll feel like shit.

In theory they should work but ive never known anyone to make any significant gains, myself included. Plus there's hundreds if not thousands of YT videos of people giving their SARMS "review" and none of them ever show a legit before / after picture and most look like they don't even lift. That one kid had done multiple cycles of S-23, supposedly the 'tren' of SARMS. Not only did he look like total shit his last video he was blubbering about being shutdown and having a "micro penis" I never saw anything so pathetic in my life...(well there's other things that have been equally pathetic but thats beside the point.)
