access and the budget to do quality pharma grade mgs and ius is also important. In the past I have seen guys placings in the olympia change depending on what was available in Venice Olympia time, I have also seen guys not pay their dealer and lose access and then use other stuff and come in water logged or not be able to get it right. Dillett Wheeler Cormier notable guys who come to mind. Pay your dealer lol
This was all relevant in the 90s, early 2000s how its changed i dont know, but in the 90s, it certainly was.

Mustaffa Mohammad was the best example of mass monster turned pencil neck. He looked like he lost 100lbs in about a years time.

Coach deflects questions he doesn’t want to answer

No, both of us don’t. I’ve grown up damn near all of my life knowing pros, training with pros (such as now) for over 40 years, I’ve never been out of the loop.

I’m not deflecting shit. Mustafa was forced out because I think it was his kidneys that took a shit, of course that’s going to happen but even with that, like Royalty said took maybe a year or more to lose it. It’s what happens when you abruptly stop everything. He and his coach were stupid to use whatever protocol he was using to put him into that position.

Coaches should be held accountable

I missed that last part, sorry. When you’re here next hit me up. I love to talk training. The only time I’m close to Dallas is when I’m in Austin visiting my God son

Most def, I graduated college in Austin, but when I am back in Cali I usually visit my two favorite sushi places nobu Los Angeles and Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. Best sushi ever next to New York in the states
