Hello everyone, I haven’t posted in a while due to life and a new job getting in the way. I have been off gear completely for the last year and took 6 months off in the gym. I used to cycle test and tren mainly, but my question is, when I do get back on, do you recommend 500mg test e/week or 750mg? I lost a lot of strength and size gains to the point where people close to me have told me I look like I lost weight when in reality I just got much smaller than before. I am back to a point in my life where I can continue to lift weights and diet regularly and have been for the last 6 months doing a carb cycle of 50/150/400/50/50 and repeat and have a cheat meal every week. Thanks

If you haven't used in ages, you could start with a lower dose like 250mg of test e a week and still see results.

Very good advice. The best way is to start low and milk everything you possibly can out of it before increasing the dose. Why go straight to 500mg per week when you would respond great to 250mg and then respond again from the jump to 500mg? You can keep increasing the dose but you won't want to decrease so maximize the lowest amount possible and work up.

The only reason I would prefer not to is to get in shape for this summer ASAP. I went from 198lb 6 foot 1 7-8% body fat to 206 15% body fat. My diet is back on track along with my training and i need to get in shape by the end of May. I’ve become a fatass
