Hello everyone, I haven’t posted in a while due to life and a new job getting in the way. I have been off gear completely for the last year and took 6 months off in the gym. I used to cycle test and tren mainly, but my question is, when I do get back on, do you recommend 500mg test e/week or 750mg? I lost a lot of strength and size gains to the point where people close to me have told me I look like I lost weight when in reality I just got much smaller than before. I am back to a point in my life where I can continue to lift weights and diet regularly and have been for the last 6 months doing a carb cycle of 50/150/400/50/50 and repeat and have a cheat meal every week.
