The US recently passed a $38 Billion Military package to Israel while Israeli citizens in the Senate and Congress vote down a US border wall.
Israelis just posted a selfie from a moon bound Israeli spacecraft "Genesis" launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA.
And that's the tip of the iceberg but we'll see how this works out.

If the US pulls support, the EU will follow as they seem to only reluctantly support Israel due to US backing. And then they will be completely cut-off, raw materials, steel, oil and replacing weapons will be a problem in a drawn-out war.

Interesting with that bill that they are focusing on 'stockpiles' of US weapons which they may access in times of war and giving them the 'means to defend itself, by itself'.

Perpetual US support is not guaranteed, so even the current US administration seems to be recognising this.
