Here's a question that popped up while reading this thread ( http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=505875.0 )

The break up between PJ and this skank was bad - she cheated on him. Have you veer seen the video where she's talking about her 18 hour trip to Cali? She is recounting it like a hostage to the media as her captures (PJ) watches(d) for inconsistency's in her statements. This is the trip where she fucked ( sucked the dick of that wrestler she was chasing ) and went home and kissed PJ. After this Arrogant posted on his instagram a picture of her and him saying something to the effect of wait for our new project - just a way to burn PJ, fund her clothing business ( CEO helping another CEO.) Anyhow, she obviously hates PJ, so the Feds would have interviewed her and she could speak directly to his intent. Another nail in the coffin.

We'll know the feds are getting close when Arrogent starts wearing a yamaka.

PJ trying to polish his image with a Palumbo interview. Palumbo soft pedals through most of it, but there are some interesting parts. In no particular order -

1) PJ confident they'll win the case. Claims they did nothing wrong.

2) Out at least $500,000 or so in legal fees so far for the divorce.

3) Claims Celeste was making 3-3.5 million a year with Celestial Bodies under his tutelage .

4) Claims the WWE fired her for being too fat, and she monkey branched on to PJ to save her career.

5) Claims the divorce hurt him, and that along with breaking up with Aaron drove him to drink. The drinking almost killed him, and he had to be committed to the hospital to sober up.

6) Celeste got $250,000 or so in the divorce. She asked for $1 million originally, but the lawyer cost ate up a ton of money, and they settled on her getting $250k, and him getting the dogs (writer's note - good for PJ).

7) Claims they thought she was mentally unstable, and he thinks that might be right, as she's tatted, strange, and bull dikey on her instagram now.

8) Didn't get into it, but claimed Singerman was robbing him blind, and he wouldn't have known it, except for the accountant cluing him in.

He's not winning the case and no way Celeste is making that kind of money.  Not even close.

I don't think he is going to see any jail time.  Which unfortunately means he will come out broke at the end of the day.  That's how the gov't usually "wins" their cases like this.  Unlike the defendant, the gov't doesn't have a limited amount of money to spend on attorneys.  Instead they just keep grinding along, filing motions, causing the opposing counsel to bill for hours, etc... running up the bill until the opposite side is broke and can't continue.  Then they are forced to cope a plea deal that is never in their favor.

I mean in all seriousness, if someone had $3 Million to their name and was facing a case like this, I would encourage them to request 12 months in jail in order for it to be over and not dragging on to the point of bankruptcy.

Yes. Opt for a plea deal early on and hold on to what you can.

They did everything wrong despite being warned for years

2) Out at least $500,000 or so in legal fees so far for the divorce.
If PJ had not frozen Celeste's website and cut her off, it would have been a clean break

3) Claims Celeste was making 3-3.5 million a year with Celestial Bodies under his tutelage .
Celeste is a former WWE Women's Champion.  That is royalty in the wrestling community.   She would have made that money without his help

4) Claims the WWE fired her for being too fat, and she monkey branched on to PJ to save her career.
For someone who was fired, she would not have made appearances in the Mae Yong Classic for NXT and was on the RAW Reunion Show.  I call bullshit on the firing especially considering that you cannot fire someone for being overweight unless it was a danger to her health or otherwise, there would have been a massive lawsuit.  Also consider the fat fucks currently in the WWE like Nia Jax and its pretty clear that the statement was full of shit.

5) Claims the divorce hurt him, and that along with breaking up with Aaron drove him to drink. The drinking almost killed him, and he had to be committed to the hospital to sober up.
I wish the best for his recovery and he needs to handle his demons

6) Celeste got $250,000 or so in the divorce. She asked for $1 million originally, but the lawyer cost ate up a ton of money, and they settled on her getting $250k, and him getting the dogs (writer's note - good for PJ).
When you fuck up someone's business and affect the ability to make a living, its expected.   PJ got off lucky as she could have gotten half of Blackstone Labs

7) Claims they thought she was mentally unstable, and he thinks that might be right, as she's tatted, strange, and bull dikey on her instagram now.
Her hairstyle, tats, and increased muscle is in line with the "Women's Revolution" in professional wrestling so its normal considering that she is back in professional wrestling.  PJ's criticism has no weight whatsoever and its clear that she's moved on.   The comment about a bull dyke is tasteless and uncalled for

8) Didn't get into it, but claimed Singerman was robbing him blind, and he wouldn't have known it, except for the accountant cluing him in.
What Accountant???

Unfortunately, early on the plea deal they offer is usually a terrible one.  It's only towards the end when they realize there is no more blood to get out of the stone that they wrangle out a better one.  I would have just pled guilty to a lesser charge and got a small stint in the pen in order to save money.  12 months in jail and keep (most of) my money, or burn through all my savings just to end up broke and on probation?   Easy answer.  I do not know PJs past or what else he has done, but if he has been trouble free, then I don't think he is going to jail.  Unless he has had a felony in the last ten years.

Just to give you an example here, my gf's father had an employee that embezzled over $460,000.00 from two of his businesses between 2015 and 2017.  Over $300,000 of that money went to casinos due to his gambling habit.  He was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny in Second Degree.  The evidence is solid and he has confessed.  He goes to trial for sentencing in March 2020.  He will only get a 5-10 probation time because he has not been in trouble before.  He's done this before with other businesses, just got away with it.  He will have to pay restitution and fines, but he is currently on disability checks every month so they won't be seeing anything from him in that regards.  Unlike PJ who can argue his "crime" was victimless as his customers chose to order from him, this guy's action really did have victims in terms of one business closing and the employees losing their jobs and my gf's dad overall suffering from it.  But he won't get any jail time.    So I don't think PJ will either.

Edit - On number 8, it was the (silent?) partner Joe, who showed PJ Aaron's alleged embezzlement. My mistake, PJ mentioned accountants a little before that, and it was still in my mind.

Watched this . . . I wonder if this was just another attempt at utilizing social media for his own ends. Knew how much the t-shirt company ( allegedly made - 3.1 million ) yet could not remember his own bail? And if you have such significant cash flow, why a bail bondsman? Never commented on his house going to the IRS as was disclosed here and if he remortgaged it to pay off his divorce why would the IRS take a house which had little if any value in it and the bank owns?

The interview raises more questions than gave answers . . . We will see.

The money questions are interesting. Totaling up the money he says Blackstone made, you get around $30 million. But at the same time, the $750,000 he had wrapped up in the divorce essentially tapped him out.

Yes he was convicted (took a plea deal) to dealing AAS back 2010-2011.

Did that result in him having a felony conviction or did he invoke his first offender right and after completing his sentencing requirements, was exonerated from the charges or had a pre trial diversion?  Because that would keep him from having a felony on his record.  Otherwise if he has a felony record, he is a bit more fucked.

Sure are . . . Why would someone voluntarily use social media and deliver inaccurate and questionable information? Got to wonder what the specific motive is? An opportunity to be liberal and cordial in a public forum when referring to Arrogant Sleezerman in the event his past defamation of his partner is brought to the table in their law suit?

I am not sure of those details, I do know he ratted his two friends out in order to get probation, and he was represented by Rick Collins.
