Hermsen, Acting Director, FDA Office of Criminal Investigations. “We will continue to pursue and bring to justice those who place consumers’ health in jeopardy



The maximum punishment for the conspiracy to distribute controlled substances is 15 years’ imprisonment and a fine of $500,000 or twice the gross gain or loss from the offense.

Makes sense for Rob just to tell the truth and be done w/ it. (Like he did) hopefully he can move on with no jail-time.
I think Blackstone is sputtering it seems (not doing great) but Redcon1 is basically an industry leader.
Hopefully they all get off w/ no jail-time, people knew exactly what they were buying.

Muzzie rapists get a slap on the wrist, supplement sellers should get much less than that.

These guys are 100% headed to jail-I think this is the midgets second drug related offense ,which is a huge no-no.
I speak from experience when I say that judges DO NOT LIKE second time offenders . Because it is a federal case, they will be sentenced using the framework of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, which takes into account not only the dollar amount of the fraud, but also the number of victims.
This will not end well for Braun, being a second time offender
 Singerman, unless identified as a controlling person, will most likely get less time as a first time offender.
The Feds do not bring cases that they can't win. Part of the prosecutors job is to exercise discretion how their resources are spent, so it motivates then to being slam dunk cases.
The only silver lining is that if the midget gets less than 120 months, he will be able to go to a minimum security facility.

True.  You would think that the only real defrauding of consumers is the fart powder that is/has been peddled on the shelves of supplement shops for the last 30 years.  The claims some of them make...

As much as I loathe Rob, he didnt snitch.  The Feds already have all the emails and all of the correspondence so they don't need anything from him to actually testify.  In addition, his charges are quite minor so by pleading guilty , he's saving himself in legal fees and the taxpayers dollars.

Rob is likely going to get probation or house arrest.  If he got any time , he would be out in less than 90 days and it would be at a minimum security prison...practically a cakewalk

With Biden in office instead of a Republican , this will go pretty quickly.   I was thinking that they would get off with probation or house arrest but they are prob going to get 3 years in prison.  The sentencing for Daniel isnt going to be any indication.  Cuzzi and Daniel won't do a day as they are employees.  Aaron is my friend and i don't want him to go to prison but he is going to do some bars....just too many people snitching.
