I don't I'm no longer the young bull climbing the hill, I'm the old bull coming down, so I train empty stomach have done now for last 15 years 4am workout for an hour followed by 45 minute cardio. Then eat. never made sense to carry as much size in retirement better to be healthy. Eat 3-4 meals a day, smaller portions still prioritise the protein, but over eating juicing to the gills young mans game. Usually throw in some aminos and vitamins post workout along with a shake. More worried about resting heart rate these days than bod weight.
