Moving to usa

Im moving to alabama. Therefor i dont have any source. I read on the internet some guys order online. Is it ok in usa ? Bcz i know here it gets seized like 50% of tje time

My son lives in alabama.its not a problem .he uses see guy as me and I live elsewhere in u.s.
