But but but I thought bjj was unbeatable

I find bjj practitioners to be incredibly arrogant so this is great to watch.  I know one bjj twink in Aberdeen Scotland who says hed kill Brock Lesnar in a street fight hahaha

You have to have ground fighting and stand up to be a good fighter. All MMA guys practice BJJ even if they have a wrestling back ground. Having said that many ground fighters have no stand up and many strikers have no ground game.

Darren join a BJJ dojo for awhile. It will be an education.  On an opposite spectrum when I was 25 I joined a boxing gym. Thought I could hit hard.  I had a lot to learn. My first fight in the ring was against a Golden Gloves fighter. Couldn't defend myself. I missed punches. But hey I had that one hard punch. He beat me pretty bad. The next four fights in the ring I won because I learned how to fight.  I stopped boxing because I wanted to remain good looking. My face was getting pretty messed up on boxing. Blocking punches with your face is a not the way to do it.  ;D

Same thing with BJJ many years later. Looked at some of the guys in the gym and thought they look like nothing. I weight train and I'm built. After  saying uncle many times getting tapped out I came to a realization I had a lot to learn. I was never good at BJJ but I did learn and have a ton of respect for them. It seems the best BJJ guys come from a wrestling background. They seem they soak it up quickly.

Fights normally go from strikes to a clinch then to the ground. Guys like McGregor are really good at avoiding take downs so his superior striking can work.  His ground game is weak. Other guys like Royce has a top shelf ground game but zero striking capability.  Balance is the best approach.

Indeed, but courage and Pride are not on shooting a gun, instead knowing how to defend yourself with bare hands

Been carrying a Smith and Wesson for over 35 years. I just recently switched to carrying a Glock. Might go back to my Smith. It's like an old friend.

I agree that one or two guns for self defense are necessary, dont get me wrong, just dont and prolly will never get the Worshipping Guns type of mentality.  Some guy compared the gun collection with cars the other day.
So a Guy that has enough money to have, lets say, 3 nice cars, need 3 guns to take care of himself or his family?
Guns are for weak minded people. To men, they represent a fantasy almost compared to having a huge dick.

And you should carry 5 knives: 2 for your friends, 2 to throw, and 1 for yourself.

When I grew up I became less interested in things like boxing, BJJ and other martial arts.  I realized that getting into fights is a bad life choice.  No matter how good you are there's always someone out there bigger and better.

It's best to mind your own business, stay away from idiots, and carry a Glock in case a person of color ever tries to "culturally enrich" you.

Nah, its mandatory to know how to self defense. You can carry one piece against criminals, but its kind of  lame dosent know how to punch.
Im old school anyway, and come from a former dangerous city, so...

Sounds like a quite a fantasy...who thinks of dick on this issue? Hahaha.

Just reading this reminds me of when that slob Michael Moore waited until Charlton Heston was old and feeble to confront him on a right of men.

Well, if youre talking about rights, I have the same right to think that more than 1 or 2 guns for self defense are something unnecessary. Going into a club and suck a Man dick on the stall is your right as well. Would you do it? I would not
