I understand the benefits of quiting porn but no fap at all? I don‘t think the benefits outweigh the urges. I did no fap for 57 days once and i didn‘t notice anything. At least not physically. A buddy of mine did the same for 3 months and also didn‘t experience the things guys on youtube talk about. I think only serial fappers would benefit from it.
