He looked very good in that video. A little ways in, when he starts posing for Glass and company, he says he was 252. He really didn't look that heavy...he looked like he was maybe 225 at best. Granted, he said he was almost ten "weeks out" and wasn't shredded yet, but he was still pretty fucking lean. Assuming he lost 20-25 lbs. to get in top shape, he'd be about 225-230 in shape at 5'8". Wheeler was at his best at 220 (and under) and an inch taller.
Then again, he won the super-heavies at the '99 USA, so I must be full of shit :/
