And I didn't say no one who bench presses can fight, I said just because you bench press doesn't automatically mean you can fight like so many dildos out there think, read things more carefully rather than looking at your arm and imagining what tribal tattoo youre going to have there one day to show people your bad ass.

bench press is the best exercise for punching power as the arms follow the same plain of motion as a punch.

a heavy bencher will always = a heavy puncher
