Yes, they are coddling these immigrants

Don't talk about them, don't state facts, don't do anything against them if you want to stay away from the police.

Write something about them on facebook or similar and you will get a visit by the police and they take your computers.

Unfortunately, what do you do in a situation like the rapper? When they surround you and hassle you?

You either defend yourself or make it like Carl Lewis and sprint away, unfortunately not everyone has that cardio or speed (elderly etc)
