video on tmz , malik macdowell was taken down by a cop over a foot shorter than him after a scuffle. all malik wanted to do was see his supervisor. ;D ;D ;D ;D

The guy was drunk and not going all out. One point should be made. You try a case in court and not on the street. You have no right to resist. A cop has a duty and responsibility to win the confrontation by using one grade of force higher. If you resist arrest and try to grab a cops gun then it just might be a little your fault you got killed.
