I counted nine 45lbs plates each side. Or perhaps one 100lbs plate and seven 45lbs plates.

So that's:

18 x 45 = 810lbs + 45lbs bar = 855lbs

or

14 x 45 + 2 x 100 = 830lbs + 45lbs bar = 875lbs

I know the chain and collars weights something but how does he calculate 937lbs / 425kg?

16 x 55 = 880. The reds are 25kg/55lbs.

Bar is 20kg/44lbs.

Collars are 5kg/11lbs per pair.

So #935 plus the light chain, if counted.

I was on board with this guy, but his continuing radical exploitation of the gears’ advantages are changing my keeping-fingers-crossed attitude towards him.

He’s clearly dumb and/or doesn’t give a shit about his own well being.

Just enjoy the ride,if he crashes and burns so be it and if not we will see some record breaking shit in the next few years.Prob not the latter but cool to watch anyways.
