Ronnie Coleman - Trying my best to have as much fun as possible in the gym these days. After this use to be my job back in the day and then having 8 surgeries on my back alone. You never know what life will throw at you. I’m so glad just to have the opportunity to just be able to train these days because you never know what life’s gonna dish out to you. I never take these days for granted and still look forward to going to the gym each and every day. But most importantly after not being able to train for 6 months because of my last neck surgery. It definitely feels good to say, Once again it’s on like Hong Kong.
