snapshot from my day:

It is 21.30 PM here. Sitting in my underpants and watching YouTube. Just finished a cold pint of Guinness beer.

What did you do today, that getbig should know?

Woke up still half drunk after being out with mates last night, had breakfast and lay on the cooch till felt pulled round

Replaced hydraulic pump on my tipper truck, fucking pikeys stole my original one (I assume this don’t actually know who it was) and the replacement pump I got from the breakers wouldn’t tip more than a ton so fitted second replacement this morning hopefully this works fine just need a new hose now as different fittings

In afternoon took the woman, daughter and dog for walk down local woods, nice hot day here and dog loves to swim in the river

Nearly 9 pm, going to chip shop for supper soon then pick film off Netflix

Weather forecast is good tomorrow and it’s a bank holiday so Blyth beach with woman and kids

Reorganized some shelves, wound up with a decent sized box of books to donate. Treated myself to a couple of Popeye's spicy chicken sandwiches, which is the rage here in the states. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for them, but it's a darn nice fast food chicken sandwich. It might become one of my cheat meal go-to's when the hype quiets down.

Cleaned the carb in one of my bikes ,that was a failure, I did wheel bearings ,rotors and brake pads on my wife's car , great success ,posted on Getbig between breaks

I'm six weeks into a two month getaway in Indo..currently on the Island of Lombok..I hired a motorbike and rode up the interior through some awesome winding jungle passes on my way to the base of Mt Rinjani..smashed a beer and a clove ciggie..then rode back along the coast to the villa I'm leasing.

Two of my kids are/were sick with a stomach bug. Supervised my wife taking care of them while we watched all three Sandlot movies. Just kidding, I helped. Literally did nothing except run to get food once and did a leg workout this morning.

Woke up at 7,went and mowed my mother’s lawn.Came home and trained shoulders.Took two of my daughters back to school shopping and hair cuts and got the youngest ones ears pierced.Took a nice walk for an hour and a half.Had. A grilled chicken salad for lunch and a quarter pounder with cheese for dinner.Stressed our about my right nut aching for the last 2-3 days.took an edible at 730 and I’m flying now watching my favorite show the office.

I ate alot of veganaise last night on purpose and managed to add an extra 2 sets to my morning workout. However my bodyweight on scale got slightly higher than the day before . Was 275 this morning

Got up and cursed the whole world - got coffee, shitted and felt a bit relieved.
After the usual penis-yoga it's time to get busy... mom is waiting with the groceries down the street. Pump myself up with a pair of 10 pounders and leave the house.
Walk down the street with ILS and recognize that everybody has a car but me and some old turkish women. In true AB fashion I keep the intruders at bay and return home safely with the groceries.
