I get the impression he’s happy just making enough to get by at times mate, as shit as it sounds having known him since we were kids I’ve never actually ever watched him on the telly I used to go round watch darts with my dad as he had the sports channels in but he died before he started doing well enough to show the games he played was secretly hoping fallon would beat him when they played she’s easier on the eye than him haha

Henda, have you considered buying and renovating an investment property?

You can do it because you are good with your hands. I am not so it would not make sense for me to look into it.
And with these ultra low interest rates, you can get a loan on such a property quite cheap.

Maybe later this year mate it is something have talked about, recently I’ve been doing a lot of work with a good friend of mine who has a small engineering firm and we are looking for something small to invest in/start up and getting a modest place to do up is one of the things talked about as he is good with his hands too less so with the building side but is better that me at plastering and finish joinery although he has other ideas (he wants us to buy a cheap building yard) Property moves fast at the minute here with the stamp duty holiday so is good time

I agree mate they steal anything not fastened down then cry discrimination when nobody wants them around, they usually only fight ten on one so if you have a run in with one it’s not worth it. They few I like are older fellas one of them did me a great turn with an emergency roof repair than no fucker else would have touched without scaffolding and only asked pennies for it (gave him far more than what he asked and always buy him a drink when I see him in the club) but most the younger lads are fucking vile shitbags, sure it was a few of them that stole the tipper pump off me truck but no proof
