That song is not even top three on that album - Puppets / Battery / Sanitarium all better.

Pantera's  Cowoby's from Hell / Vulgar Display of Power albums are better for the gym, IMO.

Knew there’d be some offerings solely chosen because they’re the most extreme shit the person could think of.

Believe me, if it’s extremity you desire, Fortress can play that game.

But extreme-for-extreme rarely makes for the best lifting music.

Loved when Sykes joined Thin Lizzy in early 80's, Thunder and Lightning, great/heavy album from them...
