Two observations:
1) Tats just kill a physique
2) Legs just aren't a priority for a lot of these guys.

After 50+ years this guy still is the gold standard:

There is nothing "classic" about a physique riddled with tatoo's.  White trash, hodge podged tatoo's at that.
