It's a shame what he did to his body.  He had a perfect physique in the 90's and screwed it all up with synthol injections and implants.

One question for those in the know :

what happens when you go back to Dialysis  14 years after having a kidney donated/transplanted ?

Wouldn't that be more serious than the amputation it self?

I said years ago that Caprylic acid (Octanoic acid) is a corrosive and has a PH value of 4 and eats away at muscle tissue. They used to put lidocaine in with it but it's not the shot that hurts, it's the breakdown. It was always the next day that you were sore. I know a few guys who look like they lost a body part because of this shit.

So sad to hear this.  Flex was always one of my favorite pros.  I'm wishing him nothing but the best.  I hope he's ok.
